Join PDT for Tiny Tot Dance Camp; a fun-filled two weeks of dance, creativity, and exploration!
Week One Theme: Enchanted Woodland Adventures
Week Two Theme: Fantastical Fairytales
This full-day program (9:00 AM–3:00 PM) is designed for preschoolers. The camp will introduce them to age appropriate ballet terminology and creative movement while enjoying a variety of engaging activities. Each day begins with a structured pre ballet class, followed by arts and crafts, and outdoor play. Campers will enjoy plenty of fresh air and exercise during outdoor play in our large field.
Every week, we dive into a unique theme that inspires our dancing, art projects, and games. The week wraps up with a special performance on our outdoor stage, where dancers can share their progress and creativity with family and friends!

Dancers are placed in groups based on age and current skill level to ensure they get the most out of their experience.

Tiny Tot Camp runs Monday to Friday from 9:00-3:00 pm for two weeks.
Dancers are welcome to register for just one week or both.

Tuition: $400.00 per week
Early Bird Tuition: $360.00 per week (10% discount)
Registration Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to register. This deposit will be applied toward your tuition balance.
Early Bird Discount: Register by March 15 to receive 10% off tuition. This discount cannot be combined with other offers or extended beyond the deadline.
Payment Deadline: Full tuition payment is due one week prior to the program's start date.

Dance Camp 101

Dance Camp 101 is a young dancer's first intensive to introduce them to the excellence of studying classical ballet. We will improve their technique, try new styles, and increase discipline in an inspirational and nurturing atmosphere.
Dance Camp 101 begins with a body conditioning class to stretch and strengthen, moving onto a ballet technique class. Dancers will have the opportunity to take other dance styles including jazz, and hip hop. Dancers will be placed according to age and current level.

Technique Intensive
July 6-17th, 2026 | Levels 2/2x, 3/3x

The Technique Intensive is a critical step in a young dancer's training to take time to secure and strengthen ballet technique, improve their skills in an intimate setting. This program is designed especially for dancers ages 9-13 years old.
The day will begin with a 30 minute body conditioning to strengthen and stretch, a 2 hour ballet technique, Pre-Pointe and Pointe class, and choreography session. In addition, a deep dive into French terminology and important dancer life skills like sewing will be a part of the program. Dancers will enjoy lunch outside on the big field to get fresh air and relax. Join us for two weeks of extraordinary dance.

4-Week Intensive

Philadelphia Dance Theatre’s Summer Intensive provides unparalleled training by our respected faculty and guest faculty. PDT’s proven curriculum will build your confidence as a dancer, enhance your technique and artistry, and expose you to various techniques presented by world-class faculty.
As a summer student, you will experience a program that is focused on advancing your strength and technique in ballet with daily conditioning, technique, pointe, and additional styles including character, variations, contemporary, music, improv, partnering, jazz, and hip-hop.

The 4-week intensive runs Monday to Friday from 9:00-3:30 pm for four weeks.
Dancers are welcome to register for individual weeks or the entire intensive.
Week One: July 27-31st
Week Two: August 3-7th
Week Three: August 10-14th
Week Four: August 17-21st

Maintenance Classes
Weekly Drop-in Classes all summer long! | All Levels
Maintain your technique throughout the summer with weekly drop-in maintenance classes! Weekly classes will be available for all levels, including pre ballet and adult dancers.
All classes operate on a drop-in basis, allowing families flexibility with summer travel and scheduling.
Individual classes must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance. Classes can be booked individually or in bulk to receive a discount.
Fall 2026 Level requirements
Dancers who will be returning to PDT in the Fall and plan to audition for PDT Company/Nutcracker are required to meet their level’s minimum summer hour requirements.
Suggested, not mandatory at this age but strongly encouraged :
Ballet 2 & 2x - 20 hours
Ballet 1 & 1x - 10 hours
Mandatory:
Ballet 5, 5x & 6 - 60 hours
Ballet 4 & 4x - 40 hours
Ballet 3 & 3x - 30 hours
